Need annual inspection completed by end of month. Aircraft is current on all ADs. Last annual was done at Signature Aviation at KORD. Logs available on request. No known discrepancies — routine inspection only. Prefer an A&P/IA with Cessna 172 experience. Aircraft is hangared at KORD, Runway 10R side. Owner will be available to unlock hangar by appointment.

I can complete the annual within 2 days. I have all required tools on-site at KORD and am familiar with the 172S logbook requirements. I carry my own parts account and can source quickly. References available on request.
