- Can aircraft owners use the marketplace for free?
- Yes. Owners post maintenance requests and receive bids at no cost. Pricing applies to mechanics and shops who want to bid and list services.
- What counts as an active bid?
- Any bid you have submitted that the owner hasn't yet accepted, rejected, or let expire. Once a bid closes (win or lose), it frees up a slot.
- Do I need a credit card for the trial?
- No. The 14-day trial starts automatically on signup. We only ask for payment if you choose to continue after the trial ends.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription. Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period. Your profile and bid history are never deleted.
- How does the dispute resolution priority queue work?
- Pro and Unlimited mechanics get a dedicated queue with a 24-hour first-response SLA for payment disputes. Free mechanics are handled on best-effort basis.
